We are a collaborative group of hospitality professionals who wish to drive purpose and meaning through our artistry, and assist fellow professionals in doing the same.
The story of LOE Hospitality is deep, and some of you have heard this before. No BS. On one previous vacation in the Floridian panhandle, a young group of friends were playing beer pong. They invited an older, established gentleman to join them for a game. He looked at the cheap beer they were drinking, and declined to play unless they were able to provide a better alternative for him to be satisfied with to play that game. It happened, we played, and the message marinated through years of experiential training in world class collegiate Hospitality programs, front-line Hospitality work, and entrepeneurial ventures.
It was never about that beer, but more about the desire to apply that special attention to detail in order to elevate and adapt an average experience to that individual consumer's vision of an exceptional experience. This is what we live and breathe every day.

MISSION STATEMENT
Luxury is subjective, we all have those things that make experiences rich, not in monetary values but in experiential values. We strive to create that on a consistent basis for our clients and enrich them with the spirit of LOE.
COMPANY ETHOS
We use the methodical practices of "kaizen", a japanese philosophy centered around consistent improvement. We complement this with the spirit of a championship driven team pushing for the collaborative pursuit of happiness.
